Using Scanner

You need an account to create a store. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

Your store and content

You own what you put in your store: names, prices, descriptions and photos. You give us permission to host and show it so your store page works. Only list things you are allowed to sell, and make sure your prices and descriptions are accurate.

Orders and payments

Orders are between you and your customer. Scanner does not process payments at this stage, and orders do not mean a payment has been made.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful or misleading listings.
• No attempts to access other stores’ data or to disrupt the service.
• No automated scraping of stores you do not own.

Early access

The product is in early access. Features may change. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any paid plan applies to you.

Ending your account

You can delete your stores at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
